This practice is seeking a medical director for an 80-100% position starting autumn/winter 2026. You can look forward to good structures and a diverse client base that you will take over. The team consists of two other doctors as well as around 10 medical practice assistants.

Your responsibilities:

• Conducting general medical consultations with a diverse patient base
• You take responsibility for medical leadership and maintain close communication with the practice management
• You enjoy imparting expertise and supporting assistant doctors on their learning journey
• You take pleasure in interdisciplinary collaboration and networking with external partners

Your skills:

• You are a specialist in General Internal Medicine with experience in general practice
• You enjoy business topics and gladly take responsibility for the development of the practice
• You communicate appropriately and appreciatively, supporting your patients and your team with dedication
• In hectic situations, you can keep a cool head and maintain a clear overview
