Your Tasks
- Environmentally therapeutic oriented key person work
- Participation in interprofessional collaboration on a multimodal treatment
- Involvement in the design of the daily structure and leisure activities
- Close collaboration with other departments of child and adolescent psychiatry
- Co-responsibility for the implementation of treatment planning
- In emergency situations, you act competently and provide safety to children and adolescents
- Work in a 24-hour operation in all shifts
Your Profile
- Completed training as a health specialist (FaGe) EFZ or equivalent training recognized by SRK
- Professional experience in the psychiatric field, preferably with children and adolescents
- High interest in the further development of the services and in learning together with other professional groups
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Committed and resilient
- Motivation to acquire new professional knowledge. Further training and experience in leading groups is an advantage
- Very good communication skills, patience, and empathy
