The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance recognized institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment for our patients.
With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional competence with appreciative and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Clerk: Patient Administration 50-60%
We are looking for a clerk in patient administration at the Gontenschwil location starting September 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Administrative processing of patient admissions and discharges
- Recording, maintenance, and management of patient data
- Cross-team collaboration with bed disposition, secretariat, and treatment team
- Direct contact with patients and their relatives
- Disbursement of pocket money including preparation and follow-up
- Taking over holiday cover at 100% workload
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Professional experience in the medical field is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Flexible, resilient, and responsible personality
- High discretion, confidentiality, and trustworthiness
