• Participation in semester planning, budget management, accounting, etc.
• Point of contact for students and lecturers (preparation or processing of content-related inquiries regarding projects, exhibitions, etc., preliminary clarifications regarding special student issues such as leaves of absence, recognition of prior achievements)
• Participation in the strategic further development of curricula and teaching offers
• Organisation of events (e.g. exhibitions, information days, exhibitions), internal and external projects as well as performance records
• Participation in the preparation or supervision of publications and communication materials
• Responsibility for the department's website dossier
• Organisation of festival visits, study trips, excursions, etc.
• Supervision of the department's documentation
• Collaboration in the creation of foundations for quality assurance and development (e.g. statistics, documentation and evaluations)
• Preparation and follow-up of, as well as participation in, meetings, working groups, etc.
• Supervision of student assistants
• Planning, further development and supervision of subject-specific infrastructure as well as ordering and management of materials

• You have a completed BA degree in the field of the advertised position or a related area (design, architecture, etc.)
• You work independently, reliably and on your own initiative
• You have a structured and collegial working style
• You find it easy to communicate with different groups of people and to think in a networked way
• You have very good verbal and written language skills in German as well as good English skills
• You have very good knowledge of the Adobe Suite, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
• You have an affinity for social media
• Experience in project management and process management is an advantage
