Tasks
- Independent handling of administrative and organisational tasks
- Formal and content control as well as editorial and linguistic revision of office and departmental decisions and proposals to the government
- Collaboration in telephone and postal service on a rotational basis
- General office and administrative work
What we expect from you
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Excellent oral and written expression skills in German; knowledge of another cantonal language is an advantage
- Precise, structured and reliable working method
- High accuracy, discretion and sense of responsibility
- Experience within public administration is a preferred qualification
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CMI is an advantage
- Affinity for IT technologies as well as interest in digital work processes and new applications
