Your Tasks
You care for and support our newborns in shift work with high personal responsibility and in close cooperation with our pediatricians/neonatologists.
- You support the delivery room team in emergencies and resuscitation situations
- Supported by the hospital information system KISIM, you carry out the nursing process, including recording the use of materials and care, according to the latest findings
- You take co-responsibility for the success of the department and are committed to the continuous optimization of nursing standards
Your Profile
- You are a certified nurse (KWS / PFF HF/FH with Focus F) and have experience in neonatology
- The well-being of newborns and their families is at the center of your work, and you treat people with respect and appreciation
- You can handle changing patient situations well and appreciate the opportunity to continuously develop yourself
- You have good German language skills, are a team player, and demonstrate an independent and quality-conscious way of working
