Immark AG Aarwangen is a pioneer in refrigerator recycling. As Operations Manager (m/f/d), you take overall responsibility for around 35 employees, lead the team with clarity and trust, and ensure that processes run smoothly and efficiently. At the same time, you actively shape the further development of the site and thus make a decisive contribution to conserving valuable resources, reducing environmental impacts, and securing the circular economy for future generations.
Your tasks
- Forward-looking planning, control, and optimization of capacities, personnel, and resources in production
- Analysis and further development of system and plant technology, identifying weaknesses as well as actively improving technical processes and willingness to acquire in-depth expertise in refrigerant recovery
- Responsibility for budget creation and compliance as well as management of CAPEX projects
- Recording, evaluating, and using production key figures for continuous improvement of processes and performance
- Promotion and development of employees through training and establishment of a learning-oriented culture
- Close cooperation with sales, technical departments, and other specialist areas to ensure processing capacities and promote interdisciplinary knowledge exchange
- Support of national and international scheduling in sales planning and logistics
- Organization and coordination of internal and external audits to ensure relevant standards and requirements
- Compliance with and further development of standards in the areas of quality, safety, and sustainability according to company guidelines
Your profile
- Completed technical basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in production, organization, or process engineering
- Training as a refrigerant specialist is a plus
- Solid knowledge of production processes, inventory management, and industrial plant technology
- Willingness to acquire in-depth knowledge in refrigerant recovery
- Several years of leadership experience, ideally in an industrial environment with heterogeneous teams
- Strong ability for structured planning, prioritization, and problem-solving
- Experience in organizing and conducting audits
- High initiative, sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Down-to-earth personality with innovative spirit and willingness to change
