Your tasks
- independent management and processing of cases
- calculating entitlements and preparing statements
- advising clients and their relatives
- oral and written information on social insurance matters and the AHV branch office
- occasional duties at the reception desk of the Social & Health department
Your profile
- completed commercial basic training with experience in supplementary benefits
- further training as a social insurance clerk or federal specialist certificate as a social insurance expert advantageous
- enjoyment in dealing with people
- a resilient and flexible personality with assertiveness and strong social skills
- independent working style and discretion
- good IT user skills (Word, Excel, ZLPro)
