Responsibilities
As part of the agile Workstream Collaboration team, you are involved in a variety of tasks and processes and actively participate in shaping the product range within the team. In your daily work, you combine operation, further development, and consulting around our M365 and Power Platform solutions. You take on responsibility and actively shape digital collaboration at ZHAW.
Your main areas of responsibility include:
- Operation and further development of the "Business Process Automation" service on the Microsoft Power Platform
- Advising and supporting the implementation, adaptation, and optimisation of solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online
- Supporting users in handling the Power Platform and SharePoint Online
- Ensuring the lifecycle and compliance with governance for newly implemented Business Process Automation processes

Profile
- IT education (EFZ) and degree from a university of applied sciences or higher
- Professional training or comparable subject-related and/or technical further education
- Confident knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Power Platform, EntraID, SharePoint Online, Teams)
- Programming and design skills in the Power Platform (e.g. Flows, Apps, Power Query, Power Fx, and Dataverse)
- Knowledge of design and architecture in SharePoint Online (e.g. Webparts, Site design, PnP)
- Experience integrating the Power Platform with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint and Teams
- Knowledge and experience with ticketing and collaboration systems such as TOPdesk, Jira, and Confluence
- Understanding of business processes in various industries and the ability to adapt technical solutions accordingly
- Experience working in agile teams (SCRUM/SAFe) for developing, advising, and implementing customer orders
- You prefer an agile and self-organised way of working and are interested in continuously expanding and sharing your knowledge
- You are a committed team player characterised by strong customer orientation, interconnected thinking, and communicative flair
- Ideally, you also hold certifications in the Microsoft 365 suite
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Experience in the higher education environment or in complex IT organisations is an advantage
