In this responsible position, you are in charge of the precise and legally compliant handling of all formalities related to the account opening and maintenance for legal entities in Switzerland. With your sound expertise, you ensure a high data quality at all times and contribute significantly to efficient and smooth processes within the team and the entire organisation.
Review and processing of account openings for legal entities in accordance with applicable regulatory and internal requirements
Maintenance, updating and monitoring of client data taking into account legal and internal bank requirements
Competent handling of enquiries from various specialist departments regarding client data and onboarding processes
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal provisions (e.g. AML, QI/FATCA and AIA)
Responsibility for regular data quality checks as well as carrying out data cleansing
Support in the further development and optimisation of existing processes in the area of client data management
Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, preferably in the financial or banking sector
Several years of practical experience in the area of account openings and formal legal checks
Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written
Proficient use of MS Office; experience with Avaloq is an advantage
High reliability, independence as well as pronounced teamwork skills and resilience
Strong initiative and willingness to take responsibility
Precise, structured working style, strong communication skills and high service orientation
