- In this position, it is important that you have fluent knowledge of French and German, both spoken and written.

- Working hours
Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time as well as remotely, paid breaks
- Holidays
At least 25 days of holiday per year, 28 days from the age of 45 and 33 days from the age of 55. Possibility of unpaid leave

Cantonal salary system, gender-neutral and comprehensible salary policy. Full salary during parental leave, military, civil protection and civilian service

Above-average contribution to the Bernese pension fund, payment of half the premium for non-occupational accident, supplementary accident and daily sickness allowance insurance
