- Completed EFZ health professional training with relevant experience.
- Excellent German communication skills, both written and spoken.

Your tasks include
- Carrying out measures in nursing, therapy, rehabilitation and in the medical-technical field and documenting them
- Supporting the night shifts of the individual wards
- Advising, accompanying and supporting patients in admission situations, crisis situations and/or in case of insomnia
- Being the contact person for external calls, mediation and/or receipt of these
- Independently performing administrative tasks
You bring with you
- Qualification as a health professional EFZ
- Experience in caring for mentally ill patients
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- High personal responsibility and proven social competence
- Enjoyment of night work and willingness to provide support
- Completed basic course in aggression management or willingness to complete it
- Good networked thinking
