property manager for industrial and commercial properties, 60 - 100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• you are responsible for the independent management of a portfolio of industrial and commercial properties
• in doing so, you conduct contract negotiations and handle lease amendments as well as rent adjustments
• furthermore, you organise and supervise the technical facility management
• you also carry out smaller construction projects and prepare budgeting as well as investment planning for rental income, maintenance and renovation
• in addition, you maintain contacts with customers, partners, tenants, craftsmen and authorities
• leading and/or participating in projects to optimise your area completes your demanding range of tasks
• the workload can, depending on your preference, range between 60 and 100%

requirements

• further training as a property manager or real estate trustee or equivalent is very important to this great SME (m/f/d)
• in addition, you have several years of professional experience in property management
• do you consider yourself confident, socially competent and structured in your approach?
