Your tasks:

• Support of task carriers and transport associations as well as active market development and initiation of new transport concepts together with planning
• Taking over mandates in association organizations in coordination with revenue management
• Ensuring and monitoring fare, contract, and association billing including reporting
• Preparation of revenue forecasts within the framework of tenders and medium-term planning
• Coordination with task carriers in case of disruptions and emergencies in operational business including the establishment of quality management and responsibility for complaint management
• Establishment and further development of a company-wide organization for rail replacement and emergency bus services including regular reviews
• Acquisition, development, planning, and billing of new contracts in this business field
• Building and supporting a nationwide contractor structure together with operations managers as well as cooperation with dispatch, control centers, planners, team leaders, and works councils

Your profile:

• Completed training or studies in the field of transport, public transport, sales, or comparable
• Several years of relevant professional experience in passenger transport / sales
• Experience in calculation, billing, or sales of transport services
• Knowledge of the public transport market, contract management, and legal framework conditions
• Excellent IT and standard software skills
• Convincing appearance, negotiation skills, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Structured, careful, and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, perseverance, and resilience
• Driver's license class B
