What we offer you

What to expect

During your training (service & administration sector) you will work in several teams and get to know various commercial activities. You can actively apply your knowledge and, depending on your skills and interests, we can also offer you further insights into other areas of responsibility. We maintain a very appreciative, helpful and supportive interaction among each other. Your workplace is located near the old town and Winterthur train station.

Your training starts in the HR & Internal Services team. There you will get to know our infrastructure and become familiar with our employees and customers. Your tasks include: replenishing office supplies, placing orders, shopping, co-organising events, answering calls, welcoming customers and suppliers, managing the cash register, providing information to employees, data entry and much more.

In the second year of apprenticeship, you will mainly be deployed for our customers. You support them in the customer support team by phone, email or in online meetings with questions about our software UKA Solutions and Carema. You are actively involved in software testing and thoroughly check new software versions.

Subsequently, you can apply and deepen your knowledge in the Accident Team by assisting with the billing of daily allowances for our customers.

In the final year of apprenticeship, you will get to know our marketing/communications department. Here newsletters are created, product descriptions developed and webinars organised for our customers. At the same time, you prepare offers and contracts for the sales team, design presentations and maintain customer data in our systems.
