Garden Sales Advisor (m/f/d)

Mission

Put your expertise at the service of the Garden sector
Advise customers professionally, make the store attractive and ensure a neat presentation of merchandise according to our internal concepts
Manage the assortment carefully, from product ordering to shelf placement
Handle requests, complaints and after-sales service
Support other store sectors as needed

You show a strong interest in sales, while placing customer satisfaction at the centre of your priorities thanks to your sense of welcome and advice
You ideally hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a horticulturist, landscaper or a recognised sales qualification, as well as several years of experience in a similar role
You are proficient in spoken and written French and have very good knowledge of German to communicate easily with customers and your professional environment
You take initiative, are organised, responsible and collaborate easily in a team
You are in good physical condition, flexible, enjoy varied work and can remain effective even under pressure
