• You take overall responsibility for the store and lead your team (3 employees and temporary staff) with enthusiasm, clarity and by example.
• You manage the store entrepreneurially, keep an eye on sales, costs and key figures and derive the right measures from them.
• With your passion for sales, you advise our customers personally and competently.
• You handle orders, stock management and postings confidently.
• Order, cleanliness and perfect price labelling? For you, a matter of course.
• You design and maintain promotional areas with creativity and an eye for detail.
• You actively manage and promote our Liquidomats.
• Through your proactive customer acquisition, you inspire new customers and retain existing ones.
• You actively promote our Liquid Member Cards as well as other sales campaigns.
• You organise tastings and events.
• You contribute ideas for the further development of the assortment and store performance.

• Experience in a leadership role in retail, the wine and spirits industry or gastronomy.
• You have solid knowledge of the world of wines and spirits – ideally through training such as WESET or certified sommelier.
• Passion for tastings and events? Just your thing! You know how to inspire customers and build long-term relationships.
• You think entrepreneurially, take responsibility and make decisions with foresight.
• Your customer orientation and service mentality set standards.
• Enthusiasm for exceptional products is in your DNA – and you manage to transfer this passion to others.
• You are proficient in MS Office and your German language skills, both spoken and written, are strong.
• Ideally residing in Basel or the surrounding area.
