Project Manager: Experienced Project Director 80-100%
Job Description:
As a project manager, ideally with experience in construction management in Switzerland, you will accompany the execution of the works from the start of construction to commissioning. Your activities also include cost planning as well as monitoring tenders and awards. In collaboration with our project team, you will optimize the workflow, establish the schedule, and monitor costs as well as compliance with contractual conditions.
What we are looking for:
- Degree in architecture (HES) or building draftsman / Technician ES
- Experience and professional skills in construction management
- Knowledge in the field of tenders
- Versatile personality
- Knowledge in the area of financial organization of construction sites (Messerli)
- Organizational skills, structured and reliable working method
- Fluency in spoken and written French
