Job Description
Within the scope of its missions, and considering the implementation of the PgB "scientific succession", the post holder:
1. Supports the administrative management of doctoral programmes;
2. Provides organisational and operational support for Graduate Campus events;
3. Provides administrative support for Graduate Campus activities;
Required Title and Skills
Basic training and professional experience required:
- Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or equivalent diploma
- Professional experience in a position including administrative management and secretarial duties
- Perfect mastery of office tools, social networks, excellent spelling and ability to write independently
- Fluency in English
Starting Date
From 1 August 2026 or to be agreed
