WHAT YOUR TRAINING WILL INVOLVE

1st Year

• You will participate in our two-day Welcome Day with all apprentices from across Switzerland.
• You will get to know the routines in the branch
• You will be supported in excelling at vocational school and in sales conversations with customers.

2nd Year

• You will take responsibility for certain tasks in the branch
• With the support of your trainer, you will become a sales professional
• You will be introduced to ordering goods and stock management and assist with promotions and seasonal displays.

3rd Year

• You will be specifically prepared for your final exam in a two-day seminar to master it with flying colours.
• You will gain valuable insights into the tasks of a manager and learn what it means to be a true leader.
• In the third year, you will take on a central role in the branch and can already take responsibility for your own department.
