Senior Physician or Lead Psychologist for the management of the Integration Department at the Sarnen Clinic (m/f/d) 80-100%
Your Tasks
- Professional and organizational management of one of our two wards with a new integrative concept
- Personnel management and further development of 12 employees
- Diagnostic assessments and integrated treatment
- Monitoring and ensuring departmental goals
- Interdisciplinary teamwork
- Participation in projects
- Participation in on-call duty
Your Profile
- Specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy or close to obtaining the specialist title or completed psychology studies with completed training in psychotherapy
- Several years of professional experience in the field of adult psychiatry, acute inpatient and outpatient
- Initial leadership experience present
- Very good communication skills, economic and networked thinking as well as high resilience and solution orientation
- Very high social skills
- Native (CH) German or exceptionally good German skills
- Ideally knowledge of Ines KIS
