For our Women's Clinic , we are looking for a Head of Department Women's Clinic starting December 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Your Tasks
- Personnel, organizational, and professional leadership of the department and the nursing station
- Setting and implementing departmental goals and projects
- Accompanying and caring for women and their families from the consultation to postnatal care
- Responsible for ensuring and further developing the quality of treatment
- Co-responsibility for the training of students
Your Profile
- Certified midwife FH with several years of professional experience
- Leadership experience in a comparable environment and relevant further education
- Strong social competence, empathy, and sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and active participation in change processes
- Leadership training or willingness to complete it
- High quality awareness and patient orientation
