- Leading teams to deliver key strategic initiatives/projects that span across several business units and departments, and managing project scope and changes
- Managing resources, schedules, financials, and adhering to stage gate quality and control guidelines throughout the full project development and roll-out
- Managing issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery
- Understanding interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs
- Ensuring close collaboration and alignment with NI/MOD/LP Installation Methods & Tools Department
- Identifying business opportunities and organizational needs in the area of New Installation / Modernization & Large Projects for Group Fulfillment Processes & Group Fulfillment Initiatives
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, with Project Management certification or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership, motivational and diplomatic skills across business and technology functions, ideally in an international environment
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively and analytically, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
- Solid analytical, business, and conceptual thinking skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset
- Experience with Fulfillment and NI/MOD/LP business processes in the industry, and exposure to international environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels, with excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Fluent in English and proficient in German with cultural sensitivity and a people-oriented approach
