About the job
At Job Integration Winterthur (AIW), we support job-seeking people on their way to employment in the primary labor market or in vocational training. Integration takes place through education, application training, and work experience, combined with intensive coaching. Would you like to accompany program participants as an intern in internal work assignments in the Adult Training department and gain insight into the field of work pedagogy? Starting June 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we offer a limited 12-month internship position in a highly committed team.Your Tasks
- Support of the specialist managers in the various work areas (assembly and furniture, clearances, packaging, glass upcycling)
- Carrying out tasks according to instructions
- Supporting participants in implementing their individual goals
- Assisting in the control and optimization of work processes
- Taking on administrative tasks such as writing meeting minutes
Your Profile
- Completed initial training (3 years) or equivalent
- Manual skills and dexterity
- Interest in supporting people to improve their chances in the primary labor market
- Empathy and assertiveness, flexibility, resilience, and a good sense of humor
- Category B driving license
