Operating Theatre Cleaning Staff 100%
The Merian Iselin Clinic is a state-of-the-art private clinic with a public service mandate in Basel. Our focus areas are orthopaedics, surgery and urology. With us, you will find meaningful work in a family environment where people are at the centre.
Your main tasks
- Carrying out all cleaning work in the operating theatre and orthopaedic emergency
- Cleaning and disinfection of minor procedure rooms
- Ongoing disinfections and isolation cleaning
- Adherence to hygiene principles
- Waste disposal
- Professional execution of all assigned tasks. This is carried out in the usual area of deployment as far as supporting colleagues both within housekeeping and, if necessary, in other clinic areas.
- Economical and environmentally conscious use of materials, equipment, machines and products
- Work is carried out in shifts as well as on-call duties on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (shifts are distributed between 06:00 and 21:00, working days last 8 hours plus 1 hour lunch break)
Your profile
You have professional experience in hospital cleaning; experience in operating theatre cleaning is a great advantage. You understand and speak German well. You support the team through active collaboration and promote a good working atmosphere. Appreciative and respectful interaction and appropriate communication are a matter of course for you.
