Uroviva represents a modernly managed medical network and includes a specialist clinic for urology, eleven urological practices, a urology permanence, as well as an andrology centre. With around 70,000 consultations annually in primary, specialist and emergency care and over 5,000 operations of all degrees of severity, Uroviva is a significant provider of urological services in Switzerland.
To support our finance department, we are looking for a committed
Financial Planning & Analysis Controller (90 - 100%)
starting 1 August 2026 or by arrangement.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for cost accounting according to REKOLE for the Uroviva clinic including its further development and ensuring data quality
- Preparation of meaningful reports for group management
- Responsibility for hospital benchmark, SDEP and SPIGES evaluations
- Execution of operational and strategic controlling of the clinic as well as ensuring compliance with all REKOLE processes
- Analysis of hospital benchmarks and derivation of well-founded recommendations for action
- Further development and analysis of clinical key figures to support medical and business management
- Responsibility for DRG and outpatient tariff controlling including monitoring, analysis and optimisation of service billing
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training as well as further training in controlling (federal certificate) or business administration training at HF level
- Sound knowledge of cost accounting in a list hospital
- Several years of experience in controlling in a Swiss hospital
- High initiative as well as pronounced, target group-oriented communication skills
- Experience with the Opale system is an advantage
- Networked thinking, quick comprehension and analytical strength
- Structured, independent and precise way of working
