Your main tasks

• the focus is on comprehensive care of neurological patients
• in a highly dynamic environment and in a nursing tandem with health care assistants, FH/HF students or interns, you provide the best possible care for these patients
• you enjoy close collaboration with your team colleagues in management, education and professional development, as well as interdisciplinary cooperation with the medical and therapeutic team
• you like to share your knowledge with our trainees and students, actively shape the nursing process and, if you wish, can take on a fixed role in vocational training
• with us, you are jointly responsible for nursing quality, a good working atmosphere and achieving the department's goals

Your profile

• completed or near completion of training as a certified nursing specialist HF / FH
• joy in the profession and active interest in caring for neurological patients
• as a socially competent and flexible person, you understand how to navigate a complex and dynamic work environment
• if you are interested in taking on additional tasks in vocational training, we support you with the SVEB.
• high commitment and quality awareness for patient care
• do you want to switch from elderly and long-term care or psychiatry to acute care? We will carefully train you and shape your entry together!
