Your Contribution
- You lead the development of new supplementary health insurance products and are an essential part of the offer development and FINMA approval processes
- You coordinate the drafting of the offer strategy as well as the adjacent areas of insurance technology (e.g. implementation of regulatory requirements) and support its implementation
- You are responsible for building a comprehensive competition and market analysis in the area of OKP and VVG, from which you derive customer-centered recommendations for action
- You are responsible for all technical adjustments of the product portfolio from the customer perspective within the department and monitor their progress, conduct the necessary acceptance tests, and coordinate between the department and IT
- You are responsible for the annual adjustment of rates within the department. You coordinate communication with IT, sales, and marketing

- You have a completed university degree in natural sciences, economics, law, or a comparable field of study
- You bring relevant, long-term experience with a health insurer in a comparable position
- Ideally, you also have experience in the life insurance sector
- You have a strong customer focus, are creatively inclined, and create clarity for internal and external customers through your communicative and design skills
- You are characterized by your comprehensive E2E thinking, quick comprehension, independence, sensitivity to people, and flair for processes
