- You consistently implement guidelines for merchandise presentation, decoration, and current promotional measures in the stores
- You have completed training in retail and have several years of sales experience, ideally in the shoe industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good interaction with customers and employees characterize you
- Strong organizational talent and a clear sense of priorities are among your strengths
- You have proven experience in customer service, management, or regional business management
- Your open, positive, and friendly personality quickly wins people over
- You have good knowledge of the Bern region and the local economic structure and are ideally bilingual German/French
