Siloah Residenz Vivo AG is a company of the non-profit Siloah Foundation.
Under the umbrella of the non-profit and non-commercial Siloah Foundation, the Siloah network consisting of hospital, long-term care, Spitex as well as operational functions with around 1,000 employees forms the competence center for integrated care in old age. The Siloah network is currently active at five locations in the canton of Bern and sees itself, among other things, as a solution provider for long-term and Spitex organizations in operational functions.
As part of a succession solution, we are looking for our Siloah Residenz Vivo AG in Köniz immediately or by arrangement for a committed personality who is responsible for the support functions of our location as Operations Management (80-100% workload).
Your tasks
- Your areas of responsibility include kitchen, catering, cleaning, and technical service.
- You create enjoyable and harmonious experiences – from the daily lunch menu to festive events and seasonal highlights.
- With appreciation, joy, and team spirit, you lead and accompany your team and promote constructive collaboration.
- You actively contribute to the further development of concepts and offers and implement your own ideas purposefully.
- You ensure cleanliness, quality, and a pleasant atmosphere and contribute significantly to the well-being of residents, guests, and employees.
- In close cooperation with the institution's management, you make an important contribution to the further development of the house.
Your profile
- You have completed training as a certified restaurant specialist EFZ and further training at FA or HFP level (hotel management school).
- You bring solid experience in the areas of F&B and housekeeping at a high level and have already gained professional experience in a comparable function as well as proven leadership experience.
- You like to take responsibility, are open to new things, and are characterized by a passion for hospitality as well as a keen eye for detail.
- With motivation and commitment, you lead, promote, and develop your team and celebrate joint successes.
- As an open, organizationally strong host personality, you think and act entrepreneurially and have the will to develop professionally and personally.
