Our daycare is more than just a place of care - it is a vibrant, loving learning and
living space for the little ones. In two mixed-age groups, we care for 22 children aged
from three months to kindergarten entry. And this is where you come into play!
To complement our team, we are looking for an
Assistant Educator Child Care Specialist (60 %) starting from October 1, 2025, or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility - diverse & responsible
Together with the group leader, you lovingly accompany a group of about 11
children through their daily lives.
You design varied, development-promoting activities - always with an eye on our pedagogical orientation (BULG).
You take on responsibility - even leading when your group leader is not there.
Your competencies - what you bring
You have completed training as a Child Care Specialist EFZ or an equivalent
qualification.
You bring experience in daycare life - and above all, a lot of heart.
You are open, team-oriented, and flexible.
You have basic computer skills.
You are physically resilient and fully committed.
