In this entry-level position in application management, you support the further development and technical operation of customer business applications. You actively contribute to ensuring stable, efficient, and secure system landscapes and make an important contribution to the digitalisation of our internal processes.
- You ensure stable operation of the application landscape and assist with technical queries
- You participate in system integrations, interfaces, as well as digitalisation and ERP projects
- You analyse and resolve faults and handle support requests
- You work closely with internal departments, software manufacturers, and external partners
- You conduct tests, maintain technical documentation, and ensure data quality
- You have completed an IT apprenticeship or technical education with A-levels
- You have a good understanding of business processes and IT systems
- You work analytically, independently, and solution-oriented
- You convince with your teamwork, service orientation, and communication skills
- Home office / location-independent work possible
