• You handle all telephone enquiries from our private customers
• You ensure needs assessment and personally advise on our basic products in the areas of payments, savings and pensions
• Your customers are comprehensively cared for by you, their potential is recognised and passed on internally to other business areas
• You provide telephone support for the technical support of our digital services

• You have a commercial basic education in the banking sector or as a lateral entrant. Option with completed vocational training in the service sector (with several years of professional experience)
• Customer contact gives you pleasure and you bring strong oral communication skills in German and French (at least level B2)
• You have a technical flair and a high service orientation
• Flexibility (we advise our customers from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 8 pm and on Saturdays between 9 am and 4 pm)
