In this position you will
- - coordinate, supervise and ensure compliance with construction plans for new build and refurbishment projects of rail infrastructure facilities on construction sites throughout Switzerland
- take on client and specialist service coordination
- ensure quality, costs and deadlines of the projects
- collaborate in project planning, construction scheduling, resource management and work preparation

Ideally, you bring several of the following qualities
- - You have initial experience in rail technology and practical experience in implementing construction projects. For example, if you have previously worked as a site manager and are now looking to move into construction management, these are ideal prerequisites.
- You are a flexible, adaptable personality and it is natural for you to be on construction sites and, if necessary, to work night shifts.
- Thanks to your strong communication skills, you find it easy to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, negotiate in a solution-oriented manner and assert yourself when necessary.
- You communicate fluently in German and understand Swiss German so confidently that you can easily follow meetings even with various dialects.
