Your mission:
Within our Sales & Communication unit, we offer you the opportunity to gain initial professional experience in view of obtaining a commercial professional maturity. As a member of a dynamic team, you contribute to daily tasks and develop your professional knowledge.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for marketing, communication, and sales
- Participate in drafting service offers and manage their administration
- Participate in processing customer orders
- Participate in organizing internal or external events (employee day, client day, expos/fairs, ...)
- Enter and consolidate data (CRM, SAP, Excel)
- General administration and support to the unit
Your skills:
- Successfully completed the three years of business school
- Advanced knowledge of office software (MS Office)
- Team spirit and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and engage
- Native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language; knowledge of English would be a plus
