What is my role?

• Co-responsible for smooth production operations

• Operating the equipment

• Monitoring production

• Independently resolving minor malfunctions

• Packaging tasks

• Cleaning the equipment

What do I need to be successful?

• Manual dexterity

• Willingness to learn and work

• Shift experience is an advantage

• Accustomed to working in 3-/4-shift systems

• Due to staggered working hours, mobility is a must
