This is what your job will be like
- You manage and further develop our entire workplace infrastructure – from end devices to collaboration tools to M365, Teams, and SharePoint.
- You ensure the high availability and performance of our internal IT services.
- You plan and lead exciting workplace projects such as migrations, rollouts, or automations.
- You analyze complex disruptions, find sustainable solutions, and take over escalation management.
- You work closely with our security team – e.g., on policies, endpoint protection, or compliance.
- You document processes, create best practices, and ensure transparency.
- You advise internal stakeholders on workplace topics and new technologies.
What you should bring
- Experience in administering the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online).
- Confident handling of endpoint management with Intune, Autopilot & Mobile Device Management.
- Very good understanding of Windows and macOS as well as integration into modern IT environments.
- Strong skills in automation & scripting – especially with PowerShell and Power Automate.
- Basic knowledge in network & security (DNS, DHCP, VPN, MFA, Conditional Access, Compliance).
- Pronounced troubleshooting skills in client and cloud environments.
- Clear communication as well as customer- and service-oriented work.
- Experience in project and change management as well as enjoyment of teamwork.
- Analytical thinking, structured working method, and high personal responsibility.
- Understanding of Swiss German dialect for communication with users.
