Job Description

Support and coordination of change control processes as well as ensuring timely documentation and submission
Maintenance and further development of the document management system considering internal quality standards
Creation, maintenance, and updating of quality management documents and department-related procedures
Participation in QM and RA projects for continuous optimisation of processes and systems
Support in planning, conducting, and follow-up of internal and external audits, including audit documentation in the CAQ system
Preparation of evaluations, reports, and quality indicators for management
Creation of customer questionnaires as well as quality-relevant documentation according to internal and external requirements

Qualifications

Successfully completed vocational training / Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) with further education in quality management or equivalent
Professional experience in quality management
Initial experience in the field of medical devices (DIN 13485)
Previous experience in document management or a comparable function is an advantage
Experience with MS Office
Fluent German skills (C1 level) and good English skills (English at least B1 level)
