- You monitor and care for patients before, during and after dialysis treatment
- You ensure the quality of care and work interdisciplinarily with various professional groups
- You maintain careful, complete and comprehensible nursing documentation
- You implement medical orders professionally and actively contribute to the further development of processes

- You have training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
- Experience in an acute hospital, in dialysis or nephrology is an advantage, but your interest in a specialised field is more important to us
- You work reliably, carefully and responsibly
- You are a team-oriented and empathetic person who enjoys working with patients
- You are willing to perform on-call duties
