At Ristorante Camino, under the motto "l’arte della cucina italiana," pasta or risotto variations, meat and fish dishes, as well as traditional wood-fired pizza are served. The selection of Italian wines and beverages completes the offer. Hotel guests enjoy their breakfast and dinner here. The venue offers space for around 110 guests in the restaurant area and about 60 guests in the Camino Bar/Lounge. Additionally, various caterings and banquets are offered from Ristorante Camino.

As Restaurant Manager, you bear the operational responsibility for the entire service area in the Restaurant Camino & Bar. With your sense for enjoyment, warmth and excellent service, you ensure that our guests experience unforgettable moments and feel completely comfortable.

• Operational Management: You steer and coordinate the daily service process in the à la carte restaurant and bar to ensure smooth and professional operations.
• Guest Care: You personally provide warm, attentive and friendly service and support your team in advising and attending to guests.
• Sales and Advice: You competently advise guests on the selection of food and beverages and actively promote the sale of our specialties.
• Quality and Hygiene Management: You monitor compliance with our high quality and hygiene standards (HACCP) in the service area.
• Banquets & Seminars: You are involved in the planning and execution of events, themed evenings and special promotions and ensure their successful implementation.
• Staff Leadership: You lead, motivate and develop your service team with passion and foster a positive working atmosphere.
• Organisation & Administration: You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of the service area, including mise en place, order, cleanliness as well as the secure operation of the cash register system and collection.
• Experience in Gastronomy: You have solid practical experience in the service area and ideally some initial experience in a leadership role.
• Host by Passion: With your positive charisma and team spirit, you create a pleasant atmosphere for guests and employees.
• Resilient and Flexible: You remain calm, maintain overview and flexibly manage the process even in demanding situations.
• Language Skills: Very good German skills are a given for you, English skills are an advantage – additional foreign languages are a plus.
• Independent and Structured Working Style: You work reliably, responsibly and pay attention to details even under pressure.
