About the job
The Lanzeln Retirement Home is a modern facility of the municipality of Stäfa and has been awarded the label "general palliative care". Centrally located and in close proximity to the lake with a view of the mountains, we offer a beautiful home to 136 residents. We provide person-centred, resource-oriented care based on the principles of palliative care.
To complement our team in our external unit with nine residents or in our protected dementia ward, we are looking for a
SRK Nursing Assistant or AGS Care Assistant 60 - 80%
Your tasks
- Co-responsibility for needs- and situation-appropriate care, support and supervision of the residents
- Careful documentation of care and support services according to RAI guidelines
- Recording of services and material consumption
- Carrying out vital sign checks and blood sugar measurements (SRK after competency proof)
- Early recognition of changes in health status and forwarding relevant information to the responsible specialists
Your profile
- Basic training as a Health and Social Assistant EBA or Nursing Assistant with SRK certificate
- Enjoyment in caring for and supporting elderly people
- Ideally several years of experience in long-term care
- High level of motivation, reliability and sense of responsibility
- Team-oriented personality as well as flexibility
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
