At the Financing Centre, we guarantee timely and high-quality processing of our clients' financing transactions. Within the scope of our competencies and credit policy, we decide on a large part of the financings and monitor the front-office competence transactions of the client advisors.
Our approximately 70-strong "Private Financing Area" handles diverse tasks in a dynamic environment. Do you want to contribute and further develop your expertise in financing processing in Private Banking with HNWI? Then you are in the right place with us.
Your tasks
- Accompanying and implementing financings of the "HNWI" unit
- Creating and processing financing processes such as application preparations, application processing, contract issuance, final processing and other minor tasks
- Designing, processing and managing financing transactions in the Private Banking area
- Ensuring compliance with specified processes, internal controls, reporting obligations, quality standards, directives and competence regulations
- Co-responsible for the quality control of the created business cases
Your profile
- Completed commercial banking training (KV) and ideally a completed further education (e.g. HF, Bachelor or professional certificate in finance or banking)
- Several years of experience in real estate financing business with sound process knowledge
- Enjoy working with various internal stakeholders
- You convince with your reliable, service-oriented and team-capable manner
- Your working style is quality-oriented and you have a quick grasp
- Very good German skills – English, Italian or French are a plus
