Leisure Sales Advisor (m/f/d)

Mission

Your role is in sales
You advise our customers, make the store attractive and carefully manage the department's assortment
You ensure the control and display of merchandise according to our internal presentation concepts
You place orders and provide after-sales service by handling requests and complaints
You assist in other areas of the store when needed

Ideally, you have a retail management federal certificate of competence (CFC) and several years of sales experience
You are committed to achieving set objectives and have a sense of responsibility. You quickly identify customer needs and expectations, can propose suitable solutions, and work well under pressure
You are physically fit and have no issues with manual handling
You speak French fluently, enjoy interacting with customers, their satisfaction drives you, you are sufficiently available to meet customer hours, and you seek varied work
