Procedural Assistant 60 - 80%The Public Prosecutor's Office II of the Canton of Zurich conducts criminal investigations against adults in the areas of organised crime and cybercrime as well as special investigations (including official offences, corruption, offences against the state).
From 1 December 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a motivated individual for our dedicated team at the Police and Justice Centre Zurich as a Procedural Assistant (60% - 80%).
These are your tasks
- As an assistant to an investigating public prosecutor of Department A / Special Investigations, you will take on all secretarial and administrative tasks and independently manage the secretariat.
- Your core tasks include organising and recording interviews, carefully managing criminal files, and preparing and issuing decisions.
- You will be in regular contact with authorities, parties, and third parties.
How you convince us
- You have completed commercial training or equivalent qualifications and bring professional experience, ideally from the environment of the police, law firm, court, or public prosecutor's office.
- You are a flexible and reliable organisational talent with a high level of commitment. You think ahead, are team-oriented, and have a strong interest in criminal prosecution.
- The role requires a high degree of quality and responsibility awareness. Integrity and discretion are a matter of course for you.
- You have strong communication skills and impress with confident German in spoken and written form. Even in demanding conversations with parties involved and interface partners, you act with tact, empathy, and appropriateness.
- You are digitally savvy and proactively engage with technological innovations.
