Arosa – THE versatile and innovative tourism destination in the Grisons mountains! We strive daily to delight regular guests, attract new visitors to our destination, and impress guests on-site with an attractive leisure offer, unique events, and a state-of-the-art conference infrastructure.
We are looking for a person to fill the following position starting November 1, 2025, or by agreement:
Employee: Arosa 2030 & Guest Information (60-100%)
Your tasks:
- Comprehensive, informative, and friendly guest communication at the counter, by phone, and email
- Advising, offering, and booking accommodations, activities, and other services
- Sales of tourism products (event tickets, ski tickets, souvenirs, etc.)
- Support for sustainability projects
- Research on ecological, social, and economic aspects
- General administration
Your skills:
- Completed commercial training or higher
- Training and/or experience in tourism and sustainability
- Strong customer-oriented and partnership-based thinking and acting
- Enjoyment in dealing with guests and various interest groups
- Proficient use of MS Office applications
- Networked thinking, flexibility, resilience, and a touch of calmness
- Willingness to work on weekends
- Fluent German, good English skills, additional languages (F/I) are an advantage
- Knowledge about the Arosa destination
- Experience in project work and conception
- Independent working style and high sense of responsibility
