Training Manager HF Nursing

Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the HF Nursing training programme (planning, organisation, implementation and quality assurance)
- Development of innovative educational offerings and learning formats as well as ensuring practical learning support
- Advising and coaching vocational trainers and managers as well as supporting challenging discussions with students and trainees
- Responsibility for the internal training programme (LTT) and participation in violence prevention training for trainees and students
- Contributing to the further development of the Competence Centre for Education as well as recruitment and educational marketing for the HF Nursing training programme
- Collaboration with internal and external educational institutions and representing the PUK in professional committees
Your Profile
- Qualification as a nursing professional HF/FH
- Federal certificate as a trainer (adult education); a diploma in adult education (HF) or MAS/MSc in the education field is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in nursing as well as experience in training HF nursing students
- Experience in coordinating and quality assuring educational processes
- Further training as a trainer for violence prevention and de-escalation (NAGS) or willingness to complete this
- Strong advisory, communication and organisational skills as well as an independent, structured and conceptual way of working with enthusiasm for the continuous development of educational offerings
