About the job
The Dielsdorf Health Centre is a modern geriatric competence centre with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our services range from advisory services for older people and their relatives to general and specialised long-term care, as well as care and support at home.
You are responsible for the correct processing of all payroll tasks as well as allowances, deductions and legal requirements in accordance with the applicable regulations. These include:
- Timely and correct implementation of changes, e.g. in social security law, withholding tax, etc.
- Preparation of annual statements for all social insurances, withholding tax statements, salary certificates, etc.
- Personnel administration
- Ensuring continuous optimisation and documentation of efficient processes
- Preparation and interpretation of key figures and statistics
- Management and participation in projects
- Proactive advice and support to the Human Resources management in the use and further development of existing HR systems, tools and processes
In addition to further training in the field of Human Resources/payroll processing, you bring the following:
- In-depth knowledge of social insurance, labour law, withholding tax, payroll
- Advanced Excel skills
- IT affinity
- Experience with PEP Polypoint and Lobos is an advantage
