Your Tasks
- Holistic, respectful care of pregnant and birthing women and their partners
- Coordinating and organizing all tasks in the delivery room
- Responsibility for individual and holistic care, counseling, and support of families before, during, and after childbirth
- Care for the young family during the postpartum period and close collaboration with nursing professionals
- Interdisciplinary care of surgical and medical patients
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Midwife HF / FH or an equivalent qualification recognized in Switzerland
- Committed, open personality with a high sense of responsibility and empathy
- Enjoyment of close collaboration with gynecologists, the midwifery, and postpartum team
- High quality and service awareness
- High personal responsibility and understanding of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Flexibility and willingness to take on all shifts
