As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a development-oriented personality with strong communication skills and high social competence starting September 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Your Tasks
- Independent organizational, personnel, professional, and business management of the elderly center with budget responsibility
- Ensuring the well-being of the residents and creating and maintaining the trust of the relatives
- Promotion and further development of the employees
- Responsibility for implementing the quality standards defined at the departmental level and for implementing the directives and concepts of the Aging and Care department
- Representation and positioning of the elderly center within Aging and Care and towards all external stakeholders
- Co-responsibility as a member of the extended management team and the committee of location managers for the leadership and further development of Aging and Care under the principle "Everything under one roof"
- Networking the Elderly Center Adlergarten in the neighborhood and representing it externally
Your Profile
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in long-term care
- Solid management training
- Clear and structured leadership style combined with a high process and solution orientation
- Independent and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Service-oriented attitude with the aim of providing residents with a livable and lovable home
- Personality with a winning and positive demeanor
- Ability and willingness to cooperate and work interprofessionally within our matrix organization
