As part of the development of the Traction Electrotechnical field, we are advertising a position for:
Project Manager
Traction Electrotechnical
Your mission
Reporting to the head of Traction Electrotechnical Engineering, you ensure, through effective management and coordination, the smooth progress of electrotechnical work, ensuring that external and internal needs are met and defending the company’s interests with a view to preserving this asset. You provide the necessary engineering support for the deployment and improvement of all electrotechnical and electronic equipment related to 600V traction in order to meet the company’s needs while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
Your main responsibilities
• ensure the design and studies related to electrotechnical infrastructures (hardware and software), including maintenance plans,
• organise, coordinate and ensure effective monitoring of operations related to the construction, supervision, renewal and maintenance of electrotechnical infrastructures and industrial IT by deploying the necessary hardware and software resources, ensuring they meet the company’s needs,
• manage project schedules to achieve results in line with objectives,
• participate in the development of management and supervision software in a railway industrial IT and electric mobility environment.
• prepare tender documents and manage them in accordance with the cantonal regulations on public procurement,
• create materials and participate in training for various electrotechnical and associated industrial IT installations.
Your profile
• HES engineer in electrical engineering, electronics or industrial IT, or equivalent qualification,
• 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years of proven experience in a field related to monitoring electrical or industrial infrastructures,
• experience in project management and monitoring of electrotechnical and IT installations,
• good knowledge of MS Office,
• good knowledge of PC-Vue software,
• knowledge of industrial IT communication protocols, as well as SCADA and radio systems,
• good spoken and written English skills,
• proactive, innovative and solution-oriented.
